1. Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Order Execution

We strive to execute all orders at the best available market prices. However, market conditions, liquidity, and other factors may affect execution. We do not guarantee that orders will be executed at specific prices or within specific timeframes.

4.3 Leverage and Margin

Trading on margin involves significant risk. You understand that:

• Leverage can magnify both profits and losses
• You may lose more than your initial investment
• We may issue margin calls requiring additional funds
• We may close positions if margin requirements are not met

5. Fees and Charges

5.1 Trading Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees including but not limited to:

• Spreads on currency pairs and other instruments
• Commissions on trades
• Overnight financing charges (swap fees)
• Deposit and withdrawal fees
• Inactivity fees
• Currency conversion fees

5.2 Fee Schedule

Our current fee schedule is available on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

By using our Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Astro Finexbit or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Trading losses or investment decisions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astro Finexbit, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
